To achieving sustainable community development through micro-finance, capacity building and self-reliance, Institute of Advance Education and Social Welfare (i-volunteers) is working from the beginning. The volunteers make a Fund every day from every volunteers with only 1 BDT each and support the very low income holders like rickshaw Puller or day Labors to own a rickshaw or a spade or a plow. The volunteers emphasize on women empowerment. Child labor is a great problem in our country. The children of poor families, the street children and the orphans are the victims of it. Many of them beg. Many break bricks. Some clean plastic materials, torn shoes, torn paper etc. so the volunteers of our institutes run a school for the child labor in the name of “Friday School”. A huge number of daily labors and street children come to our institute on Friday to learn and fun. Today’s children are the future of the nation. If they are not educated, there will be no hope for the world. Militancy, snatching and smuggling are also increasing for them. As Child labor refers to any work or activity that deprives children of their childhood. In effect, these are activities that are detrimental to the physical and mental health of children and that hinder their proper development. The difficulty of tasks and harsh working conditions create a number of problems such as premature ageing, malnutrition, depression, drug dependency etc. Empower women means to authorize power or increase the overall position, states and condition of women in every spheres of life. It is a burning issue and women quality with men is a universal issue all over the world. It talks about the uplift of female gender and to build an identity of their own. It is that platform where women establish her selves in social, political and economic fields. A peaceful and productive society can only be possible with proper equality, respect and love for each other. The right and freedom to live life on own terms leads a person to a Healthy, happy life. And besides all men, every woman should deserve this. So the i-volunteers work for the empowering the women and day labors, discourage the child labors and raise awareness to the society.
